Discussion Topic: Who to root for???

Cox. I hope he goes down and beats Taylor. I never really considered Taylor an Ohio guy and I don't think he does either. If he goes up, still Cox. I think Snyder handled his departure poorly and where he went is a punch to the coaches and wrestlers at tOSU.

How bout this. Cox at 86 and Moore shocks and takes 97. Now that would be karma.

Disappointed in the Snyder move, but I'd still rather have 3 NCAA titles, a World & Olympic gold on the OSU watch than have whatever comes of this PSU move.

I might root against Snyder until after the trials. Whoever makes the team, I'll root for, but it's fun to have a turncoat villain until then. Moore vs. Snyder sounds awesome!

Also, are they doing a Final X this year or just regular Olympic Team Trials?

I agree. Hard to root against Captain America. It was a lot of fun watching him smash everyone his last 3 years at OSU.

When it comes to world and Olympic teams I just like watching the USA win. David Taylor, Dake, whoever. I just like seeing the national team being so strong.

Is Mizzou rooting against Cox? Doubt it.

Sounds like jilted ex’s on here. After all Snyder did for tOSU, it’s shocking.

Anyway, Merry Christmas to all on the greatest wrestling forum in the world!!!

Talk to y’all in the new decade!

Ohio State and Mizzou don't share a conference or any kind of rivalry.
Ohio State and Penn State on the other hand...
I will always admire and appreciate Kyle Snyder but his departure to PSU does sting.

And this the most accurate post. Ever.

I see that Kyle lost by pin against an Iranian.

And he was losing 8-0 before he got stuck. https://twitter.com/FloWrestling/status/1218145690909581313

The Snyder match was hard to watch, The IRI wrestler controlled position from the start, and Snyder could not get his movement and offense going. Snyder is very public about attacking the lead leg, that's his thing, but without the setup and control, he was on the defense in the hand right from the start. I don't care what club he wrestles for, He is struggling and has represented the country and sport with the utmost class, I just hate to see such a young man struggle after previous success. Bo has better scramble ability and as he gets big enough for this weight may have that extra nontraditional technique to counter the top guys in the weight. I hope Snyder figures it out. But he is getting chased down in the world and US fast and he needs to adjust. The competition is getting even tougher.

Maybe Kyle should switch clubs again. Maybe Hawkeye WC?

Snyder is done winning world championships wherever he goes. That Iranian is the real deal. He smoked snyder and nickal. He just got off a four year steroids ban. Snyder has to beat him and saduleuv. Don’t see it happening. Maybe time to try mma after this Olympic cycle.
