On Flo in the Lehigh vs Iowa videos there are 4 videos
of interviews with Alex Marinelli that are pretty interesting.

It was interesting, especially the living situation. Seemed a little borderline.

A little? You’re too kind.

Kinda threw OHST under the bus, no? I mean, a bit???

Crazy circumstances surrounding his proposal plan and Eli’s death. Unreal!!!

To hear him talk about Eli...makes you feel like you know him even though you never met the kid. Eli seemed like a special individual.

I really like Marinelli, he is one of my favorite athletes to watch. I actually am one of the few who on this forum who actually likes Iowa.

But taking online classes and moving to a friends house in 8th grade is a bridge too far for me. Just doesn't seem right.

Agree -- I couldn't do it. I gave up being head coach so I could leave tourneys to watch my daughter swim.

...but I'm sure there are many parental decisions that I make that others would disagree with so...

Alex Marinelli is an impressive young man. His maturity and insight into himself blow me away. I love how he competes and will continue to root for him.

I love the Bull. Him going to Graham is no different than some going to Blair to better themselves. Some would call St. Paris the Blair Academy of Champaign County.

Wow, this interview was hard to watch. What an amazing guy! To be 21 years old and to have that mature of a perspective is pretty impressive.

We lost a teammate of our in a very similar fashion when I was at OU (Brad Bauer- great guy!!!). It was a horrifying experience and I wish I could have had the maturity that The Bull showed throughout this interview.
