I'm surprised Jordan Burroughs is getting more consideration in this thread. His results against the BEST IN THE WORLD are spectacular.

3X World gold
World bronze
Only John Smith and Bruce B. have better accomplishments on the World stage.

Cael took second at the World Championships in 2003, so no World Gold. Indisputably the best college wrestler, with the potential to someday become the best college coach, but I don't think his one Olympic gold would put him on our Mt. Rushmore.
