It would surprise me if zaddick doesn't get the job, I think that most if not all guys on team respect him and respond well to his advice,
Tervel will be a great coach, not a good one, he is already sharp in how presents a move and walks u through the position.
Lou, is at the top of every list to be a head coach, and every time he puts his hat in the ring and applies, it says to me, he is long past ready to move on to captain his own ship, I actually could see him filling zaddick's position or slays, but again I think he wants to be the ceo and deservedly so, it's ime

an aside Reece Humphrey the new Titan Mercury club head coach, based in California--- also very possibly the new head at San Marino hs, were in Ironman last year, former head John Azavedo, Olympic team 1980.
