However, I do not have a copy of the rule book to verify. It was one of the most frustrating things about wrestling James Flemming. However, I do not have a copy of the rule book to verify. ." That is very true BUT you have to know that is what is actually happening before you make it a penalty situation. If you can tell for sure, stop the move and call the penalty. However, if you are not sure of it, the potentially dangerous call is the way to go. If the wrestler goes to it again, I would call the penalty regardless.        Discussion Topic: Is this hold legal?
