Birddogging off of one of Hank's comments on another thread, if possible, what logistics would be helpful in improving the forum?
I'll throw these out there:
Generic functions such as italics, boldface, and underline.
Not essential, but I'd also be curious to see a roster of every individual who is officially part of the Dot.Net. (This shouldn't be an issue since we use our given names.)
Apart from a number of reasons this would be useful, I suspect this would create even more esprit de corps in scenarios like and similar to where someone says, "Hey, so and so is part of the dot.net! We wrestled together in 8th grade, I'd forgotten about him; I'm going to touch base..."

Bold
and
underline
do exist. However italicized fonts do not.
But I'd love for those buttons to be on the screen.

This is possible in a round about way. If you go to the DM function and search for user names, you can specifically search for someone or just use "*" and you can see the whole roster.
I'd like to be able to add pictures also.
