2 ranked guys lose to unranked guys, 2 backups wrestling up at least 1 weight class..........and they still pull up the win......props to tavanello......I didn't see a lack of effort from anyone

JDJ had the tying escape, must not have been clear on whatever was used for the video review. On the other hand, he had the entire third period to overcome that.

Learning experience Myles will figure it all
Out As a parent It all reminds me of when he was a freshmen in high school I'm sure he disappointed but to me it's expected because I knew it would be some growing pains I would be curious to know however on how much they are watching film of their opponents before matches

Thank you Ken Courts. Good job to not panic and come back on the road against a motivated opponent. You could have given up but you didn't and the team won as a result.

As for Tav's match....His opponent did not even remotely attempt a single TD in the first three minutes. That should cost a penalty point. If NCAA wants action, there has to be a consequence for making no offensive attempts.

Worth a mention--the Purdue 197 tried a throw on the edge which Rozema countered. His foot was clearly in bounds but the ref called them out. Where was the challenge?

Ryan used a challenge in the jdj match. Not sure if he won that challenge or how many you get.

My takeaway from the weekend duals is Bo Jordan has his weight under control as he steamed rolled the 6th ranked guy in the country 13-0. I think Myles has great potential he knocked off the 7th ranked kid in the country(for the second time) then lost to a solid opponent from Purdue. His a true freshman so he will have his ups and downs. KC is looking a lot better and his conditioning seems to be improving of late. Tav is the epitome of unselfishness. He could've just quit after hearing about Kyle Snyder's return. Instead he has put some of his best wrestling of his career together. Mark Martin might not become an All-American but he has been a solid D1 performer for the Bucks throughout his career, and we truly miss him in the lineup. Next week we will see how this young Buckeye team handles a hostile environment.
