Currently ranked 3rd on InterMat at 120 lbs....he's a senior...went to same high school as Ken Courts....not yet committed to any college.
I can think of a D1 team in Ohio that desperately needs a 125 prospect.
Of course, there may be good reason that Tyshawn is not yet committed. But without knowing much else, I thought I'd put this out there and see if someone with a grasp of the high school landscape (Bob Preusse, Josh Lowe) could give us some insight.

senior 120 Tyshawn White ranked # 4 by AWNs Corey Haddad of Pa. i'm not in the ranking game anymore, don't know Tyshawn's story, thus i defer to Corey who looks in here occassionally and may comment if he likes.
