In fact, with Lou Rosselli and J Jaggers most likely focusing on the middle to lower weights, I would probably have advocated that the Buckeyes hire 2 upper weight coaches, especially in light of the All American distribution over the last 8 years, which shows the lower half of the weights producing nearly twice as many All Americans.        Discussion Topic: Stieber to join Buckeyes Coaching Staff Brady Hiatt added to this discussion on January 22, 2016 ^^^ You don't let 4x NCAA champs leave. Don't the recently graduated wrestlers often help the team as volunteer assistant coaches? Perhaps Tom Ryan and Lou Rosselli see that Logan also has developed good coaching skills, able to dissect a wrestler's weaknesses and help develop his skills.
