a little off your topic sorry but I was looking a bit ahead for tosu and I see we will most likely see Lehigh than Missouri. Minus a few matches in each dual that we are a little outranked (not so much outmatched) I think we beat both and head to the finals rather comfortably based on how we match up with missouris studs. will be a fun rematch if the bucks stay healthy

Catching up...
Two rounds Sat, 2-21; finals on Sunday.

The prospective Ill-Mizzou match up is interesting. Illi has a shot, but Delgado beating Waters would be part of the prescription it would seem.

Where can I find brackets for the National Duals? Are they still unseeded? Who is next?

Collica simply broke Alton in the 2nd and then continued to pour it on in the 3rd.

Something was not right about Dylan Alton. As Mike said, he was pretty much broken EARLY in the second period.

Alton showed no fight from late in the 2nd period on. He was getting punked by Collica as he was getting shoved out of bounds, head held on the mat, and whatever else he could think of to get Alton to move. Alton basically submitted. I was embarrassed for him as this was not the first time he's started out looking good only to crumble late.
I don't see Alton earning AA this year. At 157 you have too many studs that will wear him down. Looking ahead to B1G's, if Josh opens it up a bit more he'll wear Alton down and will beat him by a sizable margin. Alton has no gas tank while Josh has never seemed to wear out late in a match.
I love it when Demas gets on a roll b/c he's so smooth and simply makes people look silly. He's one of the guys I'm REALLY pulling for this March. I'd love to see him take home AA honors. The kid (in my not so unbiased opinion) deserves it.

174 Brunson vs. Martin

Current rankings:
1. Iowa
2. Mizzou
3. TOSU
4. Minn
6. Cornell
11. Lehigh
12. Illi
UR Chatta

I don't know if this is now "locked" or if Illinois could be moved ahead of Lehigh when the new coaches' poll comes out tomorrow, and they decide to use the new poll.

Looking at the rankings, I was wondering about this. If they are seeded according to ranking, then we would see Illinois. However, Lehigh beat them earlier in the year, so that may allow a jump.

Steve what rankings did you use? InterMat rankings from last week have Illinois at #11 and Lehigh at #12 in dual rankings and in tournament rankings Illinois is #9 and Lehigh is #17.
