Will be seeded once the eight quarterfinalists are known based on the NWCA/USA Today Coaches' Poll.

I haven't seen any brackets. Are you saying that Ohio State wrestles Edinboro...so, Stieber/Port is going to happen sooner rather than later?

Are the duals at Edinboro or do we wrestle Edinboro?

No brackets yet. TOSU at Edinboro is a preliminary. I think Flo will be covering it. After all the prelims, at their varied locations, I think a bracket will then be constructed for the remaining 8 teams with seeding based on the results of the prelims.

Edit--Whoops, I guess BM said above that seeding will be poll-based.

Yes. The national dual first round is one dual, at the regional site:

Oklahoma at Chattanooga
Drexel at Cornell
Ohio State at Edinboro
Kent State at Illinois
Virginia at Iowa
George Mason at Lehigh
American at Missouri
Minnesota at North Dakota State

George Mason/Lehigh is Saturday night, February 14th, and the rest are the following day, February 15th. The eight winners advance to the final round, at Carver on the 21st and 22nd.

I'll be at the Oklahoma/Chattanooga regional round, and then I'll also be at the finals in IC.

157 at Kent State vs Illinois
Martinez vs Miller, this match should be fireworks!

I am fully expecting a fight to break out. Both guys have a chip on their shoulder, should be awesome.

Is there a seeding system somewhere that those matchups were taken from?

It sure seems like OSU got the toughest first round match of anybody having to wrestle Edinboro in their house.

And then, Lehigh draws George Mason and Oklahoma draws Chattanooga. - WHERE DID THAT SEEDING COME FROM?

I personally like it that we are wrestling Edinboro because I want to see Logan wrestle Port and Johnni wrestle Schopp.

I never knew this, but Logan beat Port 11-5 in the Dapper Dan as high school seniors. I was looking to see if Myles Martin was in it this year, and looked at past years and saw Stieber/Port match. Never knew that.
