2015 Resolute Rock Hill Bearcat Invitational/Carolina JV Duals

When: Dates: Jan 2-3, 2015
Weigh In: Jan 2, 2015- 5 pm, Jan 3, 2015- 8:00 am
Start Time: Jan 3, 2015 - 6:00 pm, Jan 3, 2014- 9:00 am
Where: All Matches Varsity/JV Will Be at Rock Hill High
Bearcat @ Rock Hill High- Jan 2-3
Carolina Duals JV Division @ Rock Hill High- Jan 3
Teams: Bearcat – 25-32 Varsity Teams on 7 mats (1st day) and 4 mats (2nd day)
Carolina Duals JV Division – 12 teams on 3 mats
Entry Fee: I want to apologize for the increase in entry fee, but with the rising cost of officials we had no choice.
Bearcat - $200.00 made payable to Rock Hill High
Carolina Duals JV - $200.00 made payable to Rock Hill High
If you sign up for both- $350.00
Please send your entry fee on or before December 20, 2014.
Awards: Bearcat - Team trophies will be given for the top three teams. We will give two
most outstanding wrester trophies (Lightweight, 106-145 and
Upperweight, 152-285). We will give medals to the top 8 placers in
each weight class.
Carolina Duals JV - Team trophies will be given for the top two teams and we will
give a most outstanding wrestler plaque.
Admission: Admission to the tournament will be $10.00 for single day admission and $15.00 for an all tournament pass.

(Bearcat) Weigh-ins will begin at 5:00 PM (Scratch + 2 pounds)
Coaches Meeting will follow weigh-ins.
Wrestling Begins @ 6:00 PM- 1st Round Championship, 1st Round Consolations, 2nd Round Championship, 2nd Round Consolations

Weigh-ins will begin at 8:00 AM (Scratch + 3 pounds)
Coaches Meeting will follow weigh-ins.
Wrestling Begins @ 9:00 AM-, Championship Quarterfinals, 3rd Round Consolations, 4th Round Consolations, Semi-finals, Consolations until finals. Finals, Consolation Finals, 5th-6th Place, 7th-8th Place Finals matches will be on four mats.
(JV Carolina Duals): Saturday, January 3, 2015
We will weigh all jv teams in at 8:00 AM in the weight room.
Coaches Meeting will follow weigh-ins.
Wrestling Begins @ 9:00 AM (5 Rounds of Dual Meet Competition)
Weigh-in Procedure:
(Bearcat) All wrestlers are to be seated in the old gym. We will have scales in the mini gym and will call each weight class one at a time. After weighing in each wrestler should be checked for hair, nails, skin, etc. and have their hand marked, with their weight, by an official. Please email entries’ weights and seeding information by 5:00 PM on Wednesday, December 31, 2014)
