CSU just finished their 6th season under Ben Stehura and for the 4th time they failed to have a single wrestler qualify for nationals.
Is it time for a change?

Yep! But the institution doesn't care and places no importance on the program. Sad really, they are in such a nice position to have a great 2nd tier program...

If the admins don't care about the program, why bother with changing the coach?

this AD hasnt been there that long, 2 years i think, came from Butler.
this issue has nothing to do with whose a good guy or anything personal. Jack Effner was a good guy.
We don't want to lose our Div I wrestling program, thats a bigger issue than hurting anyones feelings-- yes to change. ...s/BobP
