Colt has always started the season hot but cooled a bit at tourney time. This year he did his best wrestling at Big Tens and NCAA's.
I think when he escaped against Howe it did wonders for his confidence. He wrestled very well on top all tourney and won his cons semi match by scoring back points. Also, his bottom wrestling was solid all weekend. He just seemed to exorcise his demons at the perfect time. 4th in Nation is a brilliant finish to an excellent career.

Congratulations to Colt for an AA finish to his career. It's been a pleasure to watch him these past four years. I'll miss him in the lineup and hope we have more like him. His intensity will be missed.
