This was such a great match for him. He finally looks back to his old form (that seemed to be lacking early on this season) against a very quality opponent. He controlled each position and flat out wrestled a great match at the right time. Well deserved.

Meanwhile, Colt lost last season at Nationals to unranked wrestlers and failed to place. Those two "unknowns"--Amuchastegui and Caldwell. Both are semi-finalists this season. Both are returning AA's.
Just goes to show how tough this tourney is and how big a factor the draw can be.
