I am speculating that Grajales gets at least one headlock in this match. It could be the most exciting moment of the Championships, especially if Caldwell lacks momentum off bottom.
Perfect storm is brewing. A wrestler who is exceptional at a position and one that is awesome but let's his athleticism compensate for positional wrestling.

Grajales is almost as lazy as Caldwell, it's close.

Explained a little differently, Grajales has an awesome headlock that he can hit from anywhere and it is his strongest attack. Caldwell does not a always wrestle from the best positions and let's his athleticism carry him through. So what is likely to happen is that you get one wrestler's strongest position vs a weaker position at some point in the match.
stronger position>weaker position at a critical junction by an unseeded wrestler against the #1 seed.
Molinaro is more disciplined and is accountable to position at all time, although he does not have the scoring capacity of Caldwell.
Again just speculation, but insight on what could very well happen.
