How about an outstanding wrestler for the entire tourney? I can't comment, as I was not present.

I would take Taylor over DiCamillo and Abounader over Jordan. Other than that, I agree with your picks.

Just to be as controversial as possible...
I would select Ian Miller as my 152 lb champion of champions.
He's a defending state champion with national credentials.
He out-wrestled Stephens during the first two periods of their finals bout.
It's obvious that the official should have indicated lack of control and put both wrestlers back on their feet in overtime.
Basically, one incorrect call is going to cost Miller a variety of post-season honors/recognition. By calling Stephens the champ of champs, this website is lending credence to a bad call.
Nothing against Stephens--he was terrific on top. But otherwise Miller appeared to be the better wrestler.

I think that by the end of the season, Taylor was wrestling better than DiCamillo. I think it took him some time to adjust to the weight.
In regards to Stephens-Miller, it isn't "obvious" that the ref made a mistake, it's your opinion. That opinion is shared by many, not me, but there are others who think the opposite. Only one of the wrestlers actually came close to scoring from the top position, and it wasn't Miller.
It's not like Miller was winning the bout until that call. If the ref puts them back on their feet, then, based on the second and third periods, the match goes to ultimate ride-out, and a coin flip determines your champion. If that coin lands on Stephens, he's your champ anyways.
The main point is that a wrestler cannot be "Champion of Champions" if he doesn't get an invite to the tournament, and, if you didn't win a state championship, you're not in the running.
If it makes you feel better, look at this as playing the cards you were dealt. Of the three state champions, who is the best.
