Ben Jordan punches his ticket by beating Glasser. Jordan v Heflin semifinal.
Capone has decent shot of top six with the way things played out.
Michigan State 285 can wrestle, I watched him beat Wade solidly in the dual. He beat Alcala who beat him in the dual.

Touris got denied his one possible break when Boyle upset Pataky.
As Rex mentioned, Capone in a pretty good situation in terms of cons. He's in a quarterbracket with three wrestlers he's already beaten. Hardly a shoo-in to win his next two but at least he has a shot.
Magrum and Paddock need to win two. Both can do it if they're on their game.
Glasser was a promising wrestler at one point in his career but now he's just a guy that lacks the hunger of a Ben Jordan. Heflin v Jordan should be a good bout.
I'd really like to see Nemec put together just one good bout and beat up Mincey. But I can't help but feel that he just wants this painful season to end. It's a shame how his career has played out.
Bucks have a shot to get out five--Paddock, Sponseller, Heflin, Magrum and Capone. That would be a nice accomplishment for this squad.

Paddock over Mele was a nice win. Evidently he's heathy now. He'll finish no worse than 6th. Capone, Nemec and Magrum also won their first cons. Unfortunately, Nemec lost his next match. If Capone wins his next one, he's probably in. Magrum has a tough one in Kissel but it's certainly a match he can win.

Heflin and Sponseller both make finals. That's a nice showing for the Buckeyes as both wrestled at least to seed.

Magrum beats Kissel and clinches a top 6 finish. Nice win for Magrum as he continues his upward trend. Bucks should now have four qualifiers with Capone still to go.

Bucks actually finished the day tied for 7th and with a shot at 6th.
Capone's loss was a shame but Dickenson is pretty good and much bigger. If Capone can finish 7th, he'll have a pretty good shot at a wildcard bid.

5 qualifiers would be a moral victory for the Buckeyes. Nice to get two finalists. Nice for Magrum over Kissel.
I would like to have seen the semis at 165 and 174. It looks like Jansenn gave Howe everything he could handle by way of the score and Ruth beats Lofthouse by one.

Dan: I don't know. But yesterday Paddock wrestled three matches including two cons wins in a one hour period. It was the best he's looked in a while so I have to assume the Bucks were giving him off several weeks to heal up. The strategy here may be to avoid wear and tear as much as possible in order for him to be in the best shape to make a run at AA honors. We'll see if he goes for 5th or sits out that one as well.
