top 4 go. I think there are 4 regionals and it is a 16 man bracket at NCAAs, but not for sure on that one.

Rex, it's a straight 4x4 -- much like Ohio HS. Though the difference is in NCAA DII they wrestle for a true fourth position (as opposed to high school).
