After a scoreless first, Tomasello takes down in the second

Tomasello gets out with 30 seconds left in the period 1-0

Cruz takes down and Tomasello picks to kick him 1-1

Tomasello gets in on a good shot, but Cruz forces a stalemate from the split the middle position

Overtime starts
Tomasello shoots a single and has what looks like control, but Cruz keeps fighting and no takedown is given

Rideout
Tomasello rides Cruz out, and Tomasello can't get out either

UTB
Tomasello rides Cruz out for the title

Immpressive freshman Micah Hight from Caesar Rodney beats Jimenez of Marmion for third 8-2

Thank you Captain Obvious. I think it's safe to assume if someone chooses to attend a particular university, they believe it has more to offer them then other universities.

No more obvious than that this "pipeline" does not 'need' to stop. Kids pick colleges for a reason, and apparently VaTech and others are more attractive to some guys for their own reasons.

Dicamillo gets a quick takedown to backs for a 4-0 lead

Dicamillo is riding tough- he really is solid on top- legs in and working the power half

Taylor takes neutral to start the second

Taylor with a takedown almost to backs

Immediately after, Taylor hits a wrist tilt to take a 5-4 lead. Period ends

Dicamillo takes neutral to start the third

Dicamillo hits a nice single with 12 seconds left to win 6-5

Graham now leads by 6 in the team race- Graham really needed Taylor to win- Blair has four wrestlers left- 3 in 3/5th matches and Ormsbee in the final match of the night.

No more obvious than that this "pipeline" does not 'need' to stop. Kids pick colleges for a reason, and apparently VaTech and others are more attractive to some guys for their own reasons."



Sorry for my thoughts didnt know such kids on here. O and yes I understand alot goes into these kids choice. Just Buckeye fan all the way wish to have some of this great talent.

Newhouse beating up on Keener of Blue Mountain Pa- scores with a nice headlock in the third to lead 7-1

Gulibon beating Malone with control

In OT- Richardson hits a nice single on Dance, but Dance does some amazing scrambling to stay alive- they go to the rideout

Dance gets out near the buzzer, but Richardson covers within reaction time- they go to the UTB

Newhouse wins 9-2 to take 5th
Gulibon wins 11-3 to take the title

3rd place is Kagan Squire vs. Alex Cisneros from Selma CA

Beckman gets an early takedown and let's him go to lead 2-1 a minute in

Squire and Cisneros scoreless through one period

Grey takes down and gest out to make it 2-2

Beckman is called for stalling halfway through the second

Cisneros gets out after a huge scramble in which he almost had Squire reversed a couple of times
