USA Olympian Ken Chertow has many outstanding training opportunities upcoming in the next few months.
December 4 - 5: Home Training Center, State College, PA - Attend one or both days.
December 5: College open at Penn State - we finish camp at noon Sunday and go watch many of our past campers in action at this exciting college tournament.
December 12: Home Training Center, State College, PA - Attend one or both sessions.
December 18 - 19: Home Training Center, State College, PA - Attend any one or all days of our weekend camps. 3 - 9pm Saturday and 9am to noon and 4 - 6pm Sunday.
December 19: Ohio State at Penn State at 2pm with workouts at the HTC both before and after the match.
December 26 - 31: Winter Break Training Camp, Philadelphia, PA
Winter Break Training Camp is designed to give you a distinct edge over your opponents this season and during the years to come. Since so many wrestlers benefit from the Gold Medal Summer Camp System, we know you can benefit tremendously from this mid-season intensive training camp. Through a carefully designed sequence of personalized instruction, intense drilling and live wrestling, you will come to understand the technique, intensity and commitment required to become a champion.
