You've just been chosen the head coach for a major college program in Ohio. Your AD wants to see results and tells you to go find kids with the potential to become All Americans. One caveat--you're going to be limited to a handful of schools from which to recruit. Given your knowledge of the current Ohio high school landscape, choose one of the following:

A) Graham, Mass Perry and Wadsworth
B) St Eds,Wadsworth and Pickerington
C) Walsh, CVCA and Mayfield
D) Walsh, Graham and Wadsworth
E) St Eds, Mentor, Solon
f) Graham, Walsh and CVCA
G) St Eds, Walsh and Groveport Madison

Hank, you are a good, good man. The obvious choice is G.

You should know, however, that the coach only came to the Port for one reason... to recruit me as a coach!

I'm stuck between A & D. (edited based on goof clarification). Leaning more towards D.

A - Graham will have studs @ everyweight and Mass. Perry and Wadsworth have some of the best young upperweight talent in Ohio.

I'm sure Mr. Niemann will like my answer...my choice would be "G".

While the Groveport Madison Cruisers don't hurt any line-up, a group that includes St. Edward AND Walsh would be at the top of my list. IMO, those two are better than any three listed.

I guess if I am choosing from your multiple choice list, I would go with A.

I noticed that Ed's and Graham aren't together in any of the choices. Are you thinking that a coach couldn't successfully recruit both schools?

My guess is Hank was thinking that if he put Graham and Ed's together that would be the obvious choice, no matter who the third school was, and would defeat the purpose of the question.

With the exception of the order, choices d and f are the same.

Mr. Brascetta--you are correct. I've edited the selections to clear up my goof.

Based on guys that are in HS this year, I pick B.

'A'is enticing and also a great selection, but I think St. Ed will be tremendous this year, and particularly next year. Heil, Kuhar, Walz, etc.... If I can add Kagan Squire, Tavanello, and more, I'm liking my chances. I don't know who Perry has now, but they've always got at least a couple D1 talents.

The AD wants to see results in terms of AAs achieved. Recruits of that potential would have to be culled from the current nationally top ranked wrestlers. Therefore the obvious "on paper" choice is D, which has the most AWN ranked wrestlers. Those schools also have decent collective "spread" across weight classes.
