► Add to the Discussion Discussion Topic: VAC Holiday Duals 12/17-19/2010 Ronald Plienis, Sr. added to this discussion on October 6, 2010 The VAC is a very tough 10 matches. It helps develop wrestlers to that next level. It is terrific for 8th graders that want to prepare for high school. Every year we have 6-8 kids from out-of-state, and this year we were given 4 teams (2-ES, 2-MS). We offer an opportunity to kids that otherwise would not be guaranteed a spot for all 10 matches.
