2010 MID-OHIO BIG MAN CAMP
June 14th & 15th

This camp is designed especially for wrestlers 160-285, grades 7-12, who want to learn the proven techniques, strategies, and philosophies that made some of the most recent stand-out upper weights in Ohio successful.
Each day will consist of 4-5 hours of specific technique instruction and drilling, followed by a question and answer period, and ending with an intensive live wrestling session.
Wrestlers will be matched according to age and ability level.

We tried to make this camp as affordable as possible (only $80) so that any wrestler who wanted to attend and have a high quality camp experience with great instructors and workout partners would be able to.

Lightweights & Middleweights are encouraged to attend as we have had more than two dozen participate each year with great feedback!

Each wrestler will also receive a camp T-shirt if registration is received before 5/31.

You can contact Camp Director Ted Tonn for details on group discounts or more information tedjtonn@zoominternet.net

We will only accept a limited number of wrestlers to keep the instructor-camper ratio a very good one.

THIS IS A COMMUTER CAMP ONLY!

Bogus! What does Logan Stieber know about wrestling big men?!? Clearly he would have no idea what he's talking about.

Edit: Just to be clear, that was a joke. There's a lot of talent teaching at this camp...

lol got ya Ben..we bring Logan and Tim Dernlan in and they get more specific with the lightweight/middleweights...theres always a ton of the lighter weights that come so we wanted to cater to them too...even if it is a Big Man Camp lol
