Discussion Topic: Cleveland State Wrestling Camps at Pymatuning Valley H.S.

Commuter Camp: June 14-17

Cost: $100.00

Purpose and Goals:
Campers will be taught wrestling skills in all three positions (neutral, top, and bottom). The focus of this camp will be on the education and practice in drilling high percentage techniques, various types of live wrestling, conditioning, nutrition, and sports psychology. This camp is open to all wrestlers from the ages of 6-18.

Staff:
Our instructors and clinicians consist exclusively of Cleveland State Coaching Staff, current Cleveland State Wrestlers, and local high school coaches. Our camper to clinician ratio will be 15:1, providing individual attention and responsible supervision at all times.

Camp Schedule:
9:30-11:30 Technique, drilling, live wrestling, and conditioning
11:30-12:30 Lunch
12:30-2:30 Technique, drilling, live wrestling, and conditioning

What To Bring:
All campers should bring t-shirts, shorts, knee pads, wrestling shoes, head gear, towel, soap, and a packed lunch.

Walk-in or Mail-in Registration:
Registration will be on the first day of camp, Monday June 15th from 8:30-9:30am at Pymatuning Valley H.S., 5571 US Route 6 West, Andover, OH 44003. In order to properly register you must fill out the application form on this flyer and bring your camp tuition to registration. You can also pre-register by mailing your camp registration form and camp tuition to camp director Anthony Coleman. Supervision and Rules:
Participants will be supervised during all organized times. Campers will be required to attend all assigned activities and instruction sessions. Those enrolled in the camp must comply with all rules and regulations governing conduct of students on campus. Any violations or abuse of these rules will cause immediate dismissal from the camp without a refund.

I understand and agree that Pymatuning Valley High School, camp staff, and anyone connected with the camp assumes no responsibility for accidents, injuries, medical, or dental expenses incurred by my camper during the camp.
