Found a couple of sites that will be doing some coverage. Blogs and updates, no live coverage that I know of.

The Buckeyes look as if they can contend for the team title, but we thought that last year too. Boise State, Cornell, Nebraska and Oklahoma look to be top contenders also.

This tournament is stacked this year. 157 looks particularly rough. Should be some good wrestling, and some good tests for some of OSU's big guns. I would particularly like to see Pucillo vs. LeBlanc- a wrestler who I like a lot. Mark Branch's coaching has done a lot for him. Palmer should have some tests, too.

Another match I would love to see would be Humphrey vs. Dake. Dake has been very impressive so far as a frosh. Check out his "dirty flo" takedown in his big win over Krom of Maryland. It is a trapped arm body lock trip thing that is just gorgeously dirty. Granted, if he tried that against Reece, he would have a fate similar to Ruggirello, but it would be a good match, IMO.

Here's what I'll be watching:

125: Can Triggas find some consistency? He's been all or nothing this season. It would be nice to see him get on track.

133: Paddock has impressed me a lot. Can he continue his progress with a win over a top 20 guy?

141: I think many wrestlers are going to try to wrestle Reece the way Gomez did--not tie up and change levels (the Okie kid did it at Brockport). Can Reece remain patient as his opponents try to avoid contact?

149: Lance.

157: Nemec looks good in the early going. Can he prove he's a top 12-15 guy with a solid placement?

165: Colt has always been among the best but never on top in a major event. It'd be nice to see him beat out Rendos, Howe and the others and win it all.

174: Rella could go back in time, wrestle Gable, Kemp and Sanderson, and lose 3-2. Can he find that extra gear and start winning the close ones against the better kids?

184: Will Iron Mike wrestle like Iron Mike?

197: Magrum has a great attitude and will get better and better over the course of his career. He's going to have his struggles this season but he's not likely to beat himself. Like Paddock, it would be great to see him emerge this weekend with one nice upset victory.

285: Corey continues his march towards AA status. Historically, he's wrestled well here. Look for placement.

The only defeats so far were by the freshmen today. Magrum 1-0 and Paddock 4-2. Hopefully they can come back and score from the losers bracket.

Nice throw, not half as athletic as Hump's though; more brutish power. When Hump threw Rugirello, it was the perfect combination of position, power and technique and made you say OMG

I agree with Rex. Nice throw, but it seemed to be a Krom mistake combined with some desperation by Dake. Regardless, as Pat pointed out, that does not happen to Reece.
