Coach Watton coached at my school, Springfield Shawnee High School, for many years, and my entire family is close with him. This is a shocking loss.

He was a GREAT man and friend. Will always be remembered.

Words cannot express what he meant to me personally and to all of the wrestlers that were coached by him. Coach Watton will always be remembered and missed. Our prayers are with his 3 daughters through this rough time.

Sorry to hear the news. You guys lost a friend and coach that was a leader in the wrestling community. I can't think of any words befitting the proper respect other than I am sorry for your loss.
