Ohio Wrestlers and Coaches,
USA Olympian Ken Chertow to conduct his Weekend Warrior Camps across the nation.
We will begin the fall camp season in State College, Pennsylvania at our Home Training Center October 2 – 4.
We are scheduled to be Wilmington, Ohio at Wilmington Middle School from November 6 – 8.
Weekend Warrior Camps are a great supplement to our summer camp. These unique 2-3 day weekend camps are an awesome opportunity to receive the personalized instruction, intense training, and timely motivation necessary to reach your highest goals.
Weekend Warrior Camps consist of 4 primary elements:
Technique Instruction – In a wide variety of important areas.
Intense Drilling – To perfect your set-ups, timing, and combinations.
Live Wrestling – Champions making Champions.
Sports Science – Discussions covering mental preparation, nutrition, strength training, goal setting, earning a college scholarship and more.

We are very excited to announce a NEW location for our Winter Break Training Camp, the Crowne Plaza Hotel Convention Center adjacent to the King of Prussia Mall in Philadelphia. Camp will be conducted December 26 – 31. We will eat, sleep, and train in this excellent learning and training facility.

We offer substantial group discounts beginning with as little as 4 wrestlers. The discounts are outlined below.
4+ wrestlers = $25 discount per wrestler
8+ wrestlers = $50 discount per wrestler
12+ wrestlers = $75 discount per wrestler
For everyone in a group to receive the discount, all applications must be sent in together at least a week before camp begins.
