Beginning on September 13, Jimmy Edwards and Brendan Moody will be hosting a six-week preseason training program at Hilliard Darby High School.
The training sessions will consist of an hour and a half of drilling, live wrestling and conditioning.
The training sessions will be on every Sunday and Tuesday for six weeks, beginning on September 13 and running through October 20. Sunday sessions will be from 3:30 p.m. to 5:00 p.m. and Tuesday sessions will be from 6:00 p.m. to 7:30 p.m.
To join, there is a a fee of $95 and proof of a USA Wrestling card is necessary. USA Wrestling cards can be purchased online. (Remember USA Wrestling cards expire on August 31 every year.)
All high school and junior high school wrestlers are welcome to join.
