Here's what I came up with while scouring the net for credentials on CSU's out-of-state recruits. It's tricky to do this research and my handwriting stinks so I apologize if I post any inaccurate info.

Matt Peters - New York - State Champion - Projected 125-133
Drew Graber - Indiana - 2x State Placer (2nd, 2nd) at 189 - Projected 184
Koort Leyrer - Michigan - 2x State Placer (2nd, 2nd) - Projected 157
David Phillips - Wisconsin - 2x State Placer (3rd, 5th) - Projected 157
Chris Weber - Wisconsin - State Placer (2nd), 3x State Qualifier - Projected 197-285
Corbin Boone - Michigan - State Placer (4th) - Projected 184-197
Ryan Houchens - Kentucky - State Placer (4th) - Projected 184
Zech Huff - Michigan - State Placer (6th) - Projected 133
Billy Damiana - New Jersey - State Placer (7th) at 215 - Projected 285
Will Fletcher - Pennsylvania - 2x State Qualifier at 285 - Projected 285
Ronald Butler - Virginia - Projected 133

I didn't look up info on the in-state frosh recruits. The standouts to me were the NY state champ, Peters, and the 2x Indiana runnerup finalist, Graber. I also watched Flo video on Damiana from NJ. Looks raw but knows how to compete.
