After a week off because of camp/tournament; Lutheran West will have open mats again this Sunday 8/2 from 4-6pm. These will run every Sunday into October. All ages welcome.

A couple of college wrestlers will be there this Sunday before they have to return to school.

Dave, Chris won't be there this weekend. He is going to University School for a camp there. See you next week.

Thanks for letting me know. We had a good session on takedowns last week. He worked three different takedowns from a Russian tie. I got a brochure on the Camp at US. It looks good and has a great price.
By the way when we were going live he hit a move he learned from Jaggers at our camp. It was good to see that he was paying attention.

I was hoping he was paying attention :), but yea good to see proof of it. And I agree, you can't beat the price this weekend.

Open Mats are still on for Labor Day weekend.
Really good turnout last week. 6-8 youth and 12-15 high schoolers.
Get a workout in before the open tournaments begin.
