Hank, I said that tongue-in-cheek. I am sure at a school as large as Penn State there are some very good students who choose to go there instead of an elite school for various reasons.

Like a beautiful woman, "better" is hard to define but you just know it when you see it. :)

And yea, I just don't get how salary structures at universities got so out of whack, but they certainly are.

In all honesty that is not much of an accomplishment. Can you get an educaton there? Sure. My wife is a Kent grad. But in the larger picture of higher education it is not a major player.
