Myself,not having any coaching experience at all, What are the associate head coaches duties? Doesn't the head coach oversee the entire program and ultimtely make all decisions? Thanks

Steve Luke is a very classy and great guy. I'm excited to have him back "home" and hope he is happy at OSU!.
