2nd Annual Mid-Ohio Big Man Camp
June 29-30, 2009
This camp is designed especially for wrestlers 165-285, grades 7-12, who want to learn the proven techniques and philosophies that made some of the most recent stand-out upper weights in Ohio successful.
Each day will consist of 4-5 hours of specific technique instruction and drilling, followed by a question and answer period, and ending with an intensive live wrestling session.
Wrestlers will be matched according to age and ability level.
We tried to make this camp as affordable as possible (only $75) so that any wrestler who wanted to attend and have a high quality camp experience with great instructors and workout partners would be able to.
Lightweights are more than welcome to attend as we had more than two dozen participate last year.
Each wrestler will also receive a camp t-shirt.
